"Carecay", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the Carecay group of companies — Carecay Cars Pvt Ltd, Carecay Pvt Ltd and Carecay Assured Pvt Ltd — a multi-brand automotive house operating from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India since 2001 (formerly Pioneer Financial Services). "You" or "your" refers to the person using the site or engaging our services.

Details of vehicles, accessories, specifications, images, mileage and prices shown on this site are for general information only and may not reflect the exact item in stock. Stock, on-road prices, taxes, levies and offers change frequently and are subject to availability and to confirmation at the time of order.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell. A sale is only concluded once both parties sign an order or invoice and we accept your booking. We make every effort to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any error and to withdraw or re-price any vehicle before a sale is confirmed.
Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and may be revised if manufacturer prices, taxes or third-party charges change. A booking amount or deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, booking amounts are adjusted against the final price; refundability of deposits and any cancellation terms are governed by the specific order document you sign.
New vehicles carry the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer; we are not the manufacturer and our liability is limited to our role as an authorised dealer. Pre-owned vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis except for any specific assurance, certification or warranty expressly stated in writing for that vehicle. Where we describe a used car as inspected or certified, that describes the checks completed at the time and is not a guarantee against future wear or faults.
Service, repair, detailing and accessory work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Estimates are indicative; final charges depend on the parts and labour actually required, which we will seek to confirm with you. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability. Vehicles left with us are at your risk except for loss or damage caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Where we help arrange car finance or insurance, we act as a facilitator between you and third-party banks, non-banking financial companies and insurers. Approval, interest rates, premiums, cover and terms are decided solely by those providers, not by us. Any rate or figure shown on this site is illustrative only and not a commitment to lend or insure. Please read each provider's own terms before signing.
Test drives are offered at our discretion to holders of a valid driving licence and may require identity verification. During a test drive you are responsible for driving lawfully and safely. You will be liable for fines, penalties or damage arising from your negligence or unlawful conduct while in control of the vehicle, subject to applicable law and any insurance in place.
The Carecay name, logo, page designs, text, graphics and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Carecay and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer and brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not use any of this content without our prior written consent.
This site may link to third-party websites, maps and social channels for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
When you enquire, book a viewing, apply for a job or submit a form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, phone, email and any message or document) to respond to you, process your request and keep in touch about our services. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the relevant lenders, insurers or service providers needed to fulfil your request, and we retain it only as long as reasonably required or as the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carecay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
